Yago has over 10 years of experience is selling/marketing cars while he was in college. After earning a bachelor degree for e-commerce Marketing and Computer Science, Yago decided to follow his own passion, automotive e-commerce. He assembled a team of professionals and helps them to develop innovative technologies to bring e-business marketing programs for automotive dealers. Within a year, the company grew to serving more than 300 franchised and independent dealers in the WA area. He is in charge of Marketing and Sales.

Mindy Joined Paramo Group in August 2003. She is a successful entrepreneur, founded her own firm in 1995, Bento&Co, which supplies specialty food products to national chains of grocers and food management and fortune 1000 companies. She also served as Investment Advisor for Pru-Bach in Chicago. She has B.S. in Economics and Finance. She joins Paramo Group with deep understanding of customer relationship building and product development. She brings in a decade of experience in customer relations, vendor relations, and employee relations, strategic budget planning and product development.

Dennis joined Paramo Group in November 2004, bringing with him a strong and diverse business background. To compliment his B.S. in Finance and MBA, his professional experience ranges from large corporations such as BMW AG in Munich to founding and operating a successful retail business in Los Angeles. His proven abilities in field sales and territory management provide a valuable addition to the Paramo team.

Jason joined PGI in 2004. With the car business running in the family, Jason has a keen understanding for dealer’s needs. Jason proved to have exceptional field and customer skills and was chosen to join the management team for his teamwork spirit. Jason’s duties involve many things such as performing inventory evaluations and quality control on our field photographers.

Ryan joined PGI in 2005. With 4 years working with Diamondlot in Ohio, Rambo decided to join our team in Seattle and trade snow for rain. With more than 60,000 vehicles photographed and after managing many different accounts Ryan is a great addition to our team. Ryan’s duties involve many things such as performing inventory evaluations and quality control on our field photographers in the center area of the state.

Joined Paramo Group in Jan of 2003. Dan began in the field doing data entry and taking photos in the founding months of PGI. Over the following years he took over Operations Management and now plays in the primary role of Marketing Sales and Product Support. Dan has gained extensive knowledge in data collection and distribution as its importance has evolved in the industry. His understanding of the complexities involved with delivering data to Companies and Software Applications industry wide is shared by few. Coupled with his firm understanding of industry marketing tools and trends, Dan is major asset to both PGI and our clients. He has B.A. in Education. Yago will be giving him a long deserved raise very soon.

Oli started working in the car business, especially with the Hispanic market, back in 1,998. After getting his bachelor’s degree at the University of Washington in 2001 in accounting and administration, Oli worked in various positions for 6 years for the Rairdon Automotive Group becoming the manager of the most successful Hispanic department in Washington State. His love for the marketing and advertising world lead him to start his own company and later on join PGI to form PGI Publication Inc. and become the leader in auto publications in Washington State. PGI Publication currently publishes more magazines (The Auto Book and Seattle Carros y mas), in more languages, and with better distribution than any other company.

Dustin, joined PGI in June of 2009, has over 9 years of experience in Design & Print Production. He has spent his career working with clients for various publications ensuring the quality and accuracy of their advertisements. He’s a father of 3 (6, 5 & 1 years old) and loves spending time with his children and spending time in nature camping, hiking & fishing.

Linda currently serves as the Area Sales Manager for Renton, Burien, South, Seattle, Lake City Way & Federal Way.

Linda Wells has been an advertising marketing consultant for 10+ years. Married with three children and resides in Edmonds. Hobbies include: reading, gardening, biking and fishing.

Matthew joined the Paramo Group in April of 2009. Has been an advertising marketing consultant and account manager for 12+ years. Married with one child and resides in Shoreline. Hobbies include hiking, biking, reading.

Amanda joined PGI in May 2008 from the tax software industry. She has an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management Practice and spent several years running her own companies in the state of Alaska and Washington. She brings to us over 8 years of bookkeeping, administrative and software experience.

Josh comes from a background of restaurant management and customer service. He started working with Diamondlot in 2006 (DiamondCallTrak 2007, InstantCreditCheck 2008), with his service background, he works intimately with the customer ensuring they get the most out of each product. He has also led the team on R&D of BestDealsMedia (WashingtonBestDeals) since 2006. He states, “I appreciate this job since I get to assist businesses in increasing their productivity and refining the use of marketing.”

Rebecca Bussell, Senior Field Staff

Rebecca Bussell has been working with PGI since 2003. She takes great pictures and works regularly posting cars on websites like Craigslist. Rebecca says, "I enjoy working for the company and all my company employees. Throughout the years of my employment with PGI, I’ve established great relationships and friendships with our clients. I look forward to maintaining the great customer service in the future years to come. I'm very excited about all the changes PGI has to offer to all of us now and in the near future. Ben Jarvis, Senior Field Staff

Ben joined PGI in 2004, and has since photographed over 25,000 dealer vehicles throughout the greater Seattle area. With a BFA from the University of Washington, Ben demonstrates a keen eye for photography, as well as web and graphic design. Ben also works on other programs such as the photo enhancement and posting services.

Brian Davis, Senior Field Staff

Brian Davis joined the PGI team in September of 2006. With photography as his primary passion, Brian took this opportunity to make an impact in the car industry applying his skills and talents.

Joel Metz, Senior Field Staff

Joel Metz as an Army Infantry man was stationed several years in Germany and a year in Kosovo. Coming back to the States, he rejoined the private sector with gumption becoming a volunteer firefighter and fusing his energy and talents with the Paramo Group, serving in the Olympic area since 2004 and now serving the Skagit county. Joel has been a fishing guide in Alaska and is currently serving the Whatcom/Skagit area. Joel has an Associate degree in Applied Science.

Matt Schuler, Senior Field Staff

Matt Schuler joined Paramo Group since the beginning of January 2007. He has a degree in photography from Montana State University, and have experience in everything from carpentry to car rentals.

Jon Peterson, Senior Field Staff

Jon started working for Paramo Group in Sept. of 2006 looking for a full career to keep him busy. Jon brings his computer skills, photography skills, and people skills in providing a dynamite service to his area. Jon says, "I try to keep my dealers happy and accommodate them as much as is in my power."

Zach Vice, Senior Field Staff

Zach Vice started working with Paramo Group on March 31 2007. Before that, you could find him working at The Red Wind Casino. Zach has an AA degree in Psychology and I worked installing customized auto parts while going to school. Zach was also a seasonal Customer Service Representative at White River Amphitheater for three summers.

Derek Tidwell, Senior Field Staff

Derek Tidwell has been with PGI since 2004. Derek has a two year degree in Business/Political Science. Before starting at PGI, he was working in the motorcycle industry for the last eight years. Derek also has 10 years of automotive parts experience.

Reinhard Sparer, Senior Field Staff

Reinhard Sparer grew up in Denver, Colorado. He spent a decade in Alaska. There he completed his pilot training while working for a hotel chain in a multi-positional capacity. He was promoted to Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing of the chain, which brought him to the corporate offices in Bellevue, Washington. Before coming to Paramo, Reinhard worked as Operations Manager for the Inn at Queen Anne in Seattle. He has attended Johnson and Wales University in Providence RI for Hotel/Restaurant Management as well as Metropolitan State College, Denver, Colorado for Aviation Administration and last but not least Aero Tech in Anchorage, Alaska-Professional Pilot Certification. He has been with Paramo Group since April 2004.
